With the exception of the Clybourn stop on the Union Pacific North and Northwest Lines (you'll still need to take a cab), it's best to exit at Ogilvie Transportation Center (Canal & Madison) and take a cab north east.
It's a hike from the North/Clybourn Red Line stop. You'd be smart to take the North bus east.
