OUR GOAL
Our goal is whether you visit the gallery for the first time or one of many visits, you will see something that you have not seen before. Whether it is viewing the art displayed on the walls, walking through the hand painted hallway, or visiting with an artist, we feel that our visitors will have a memorable experience while they are in the gallery.
THE CONCEPT
The concept of walk on art was developed because we wanted the viewer to act, react and interact with the art. The concept is unique and must be seen. We wanted to see something different, something that is very unique that makes everybody say, “Wow, how unique, how different, how cool.” On the gallery’s floor various local artists hand-painted several 3 x 3 panels, which has been covered with a protective coating. This will allow visitors to view the art at a different perspective, and literally walk on the art.
