| Former Second City writer has written the screenplay for a number of recent Hollywood movies, including Patch Adams (1998), Nothing to Lose (1997), The Nutty Professor (1996), Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls (1995), and High Strung (1991). He's also written the upcoming The Incredible Mr. Limpet (1999) and The Nutty Professor II, slated to come out in 2000. He's appeared as an actor in Nothing to Lose, High Strung, and Casual Sex (1988).
