Perhaps the most historical house of celluloid in the Chicago area; its marquee was the last thing that famous gangster John Dillinger saw after he was gunned down here. This space was bought by the Tony-Award winning Victory Gardens Theater, and is being converted into several new performance spaces, including the mainstage Zacek-McVay Theater.
