Perhaps it's the blood-pumping (and gambler-friendly) competitive aspect, perhaps it's the show's hit-it-and-quit-it pace, but OIG has managed to stay running for eight seasons, which means the Original Improv Gladiators are beating the (non-original) American Gladiators into the ground.
