Expect dark woody ambience in this Lettuce Entertain You rustic steak/chophouse concept. The steak-heavy menu (there are at least 15 different options) also features pork, chicken, seafood, salads and sandwiches, cooked in a dramatic open kitchen. Expect good-size portions. Signature dishes include horseradish-crusted filet mignon, barbecue baby back ribs, wood-roasted mussels and macadamia nut crusted halibut. Wildfire serves a gluten-free menu as well.
There's a large, comfortable bar area (with a wide variety of microbrews), an extensive martini list with a variety of hand-stuffed olives, but the wines are a little overpriced to my taste. You can, however, get a sampler assortment of wines and beers.
