You can get a lot of food for cheap in Greektown, but if it starts to sound all Greek to you, then this is a good alternative. Understandably, UIC students overrun this venue during the week; its status as a 24-hour eatery (like many establishments in Greektown) makes it a good place for post-debauchery munchies. You can get a combination plate of one taco, one tamale and one quesadilla with rice and beans for $5.95, a "king" sized portion of fajitas for $5.25, a "super king" burrito for $6.25, and breakfast burritos, steak and eggs, huevos rancheros, guacamole and chips and most other selections for under $5.
