Formerly known simply as JK Sweets, this restaurant has added the "Cafe" to its title since it serves not only ice-cream but Asian food. During the warm months they have outdoor seating to compliment their moderately small indoor seating.
Although their menu isn't very extensive, they do serve Edy's ice cream as well as yogurt, pastries and sandwiches. They also have large jars on the counters with assorted candies. Although they serve coffee and cappuccinos, you might be better off going elsewhere for a good cup.
If you crave the savory stuff, JK Sweets also has a window where you can order dishes such as sushi, teriyaki chicken, and fried rice. Who would have thought that Asian food and ice cream went so well together?
The food and drinks are all moderately priced and relatively good. The restaurant is clean and the employees are generally very friendly and accommodating. Although Cafe JK Sweets is nothing exceptional or outstanding, it is worth at least to satiate those late night cravings.
