Just west of the Metra station and a skip and a jump north on Green Bay Road you'll find one of Evanston's most romantic restaurants. This quiet and intimate setting, easily identifiable by the white wrought iron table and chairs on the sidewalk, is perfect for couples and conversation. Serving authentic French food with an American twist, expect to find a variety of soups and salads on the lunch menu, as well as hearty pasta dishes and sandwiches.

For dinner you'll find a variety of tempting appetizers like smoked salmon tart with lentil salad and brie. Entrees include herb crusted salmon filet with pearl couscous and two mustards and a bouillabaisse of scallops, shrimp, mussels and market fish with fennel, roma tomato, garlic, white wine and crouton. Don't forget about Jilly's homemade sweets. Apple strudel and almond apricot tarts are made fresh daily.
