The cuisine at Gulliver's is as diverse as a crowded subway car. With choices spanning the map from Italy and Mexico, right down to the good ol' states, the challenge here is settling on just one. Fortunately, you don't have to; Gulliver's offers plenty of worldly appetizers so you can create a cultural buffet of sorts. Texas tornadoes (cheese-stuffed jalapenos), Mexi-skins (loaded with cheese and veggies) and baked in-shell clams are just a few items skirting the small plate menu.
Moving on to entrees poses an even greater feat with choices like eggplant Parmesan, meat- or cheese-stuffed tortellini, and chicken marsala – and that's just the Italian section. Americanized options include down-home staples like baby back ribs, chopped steak with mushroom sauce and broiled chicken. And then of course there's the trailing list of Mexican fare – boasting burritos, chimichangas, fajitas and enchiladas. As if that weren't already enough, Gulliver's offers an entire menu of thin crust and pan pizzas, sandwiches and salads. Rest assured, you won't leave hungry.
Much like its mishmash menu, Gulliver's décor is eclectic by every stretch. Antique baubles and randomly placed statuettes grace the restaurant's interior while mismatched chandeliers hang from its ceiling. The walls are decked out in rustic prints and detailed chunks of wrought iron. An outdoor patio provides seating during the warmer months.
