NOW CLOSED...Formerly: One way to avoid the lack of freshness at buffets is to cook the food yourself. Garden Buffet is a Korean BBQ-style restaurant where, for the price of one order of meat at most other Korean restaurants, you can score unlimited helpings of pre-seasoned raw kalbi, bulgogi, octopus, shrimp and squid. There's also a panchan (side dish bar) with a confetti-colored assortment of seaweed salad, kim-chi, tempura vegetables, noodles, lettuce, fresh spinach, sprouts, assorted hot sauces, fish cakes and potato salad. Each table has its own charcoal-burning stove where you can grill your selections to your desired doneness. Scope out the turtle pond while you wait for your meat to finish cooking.
