There aren’t enough fine words in the English language to describe the wondrous thing that is Gandhi India’s saag paneer (spiced spinach with cheese). The food at this place is eat-until-you’re-sick amazing; from the naan to the mind-blowing saag (the best this connoisseur has ever had), everything at Gandhi India goes above and beyond what one might expect.

Perhaps it’s because the exterior of the place leaves a bit to be desired, or because it’s tucked away on a corner that doesn’t get as much foot traffic as the rest of the street, but Gandhi India is one of Devon’s best-kept secrets. On most nights, this is an excellent place to bring a date. Quieter than many of Devon’s restaurants, it has tasteful decor, an excellent waitstaff and food that leaves you fantasizing for days afterward.
