Argo suffers from a perpetual seat shortage, but if you manage to snag one of the soft chairs, you'll be in a comfort-lover's paradise. The beautiful lamps, green-grey walls, black-and-white photos, and orderly rows of teapots combine forces with the calming teas to soothe your spirit, but the noise level can reach disruptive levels in these intimate surroundings.
A warning to tea lightweights: Baristas brew the Earl Grey strong. However, the occasional handouts of tiny plastic shot glasses of sweet cider more than compensate for the overexuberance. Coffee drinkers fear not; the cafe serves coffee and lattes, too. Plus, it offers free wi-fi!
