What began as a wobbly mission by a trio of Evanston therapists has now become a shining example of the value of creative community outreach efforts. The Open Studio project provides a safe place for at-risk youth through year-round after-school programs focusing on artistic expression. In addition, the Project offers classes in visual arts and writing to children and adults alike.
