Cafe owners who wants to attract latino muchachos and muchachas or boys and girls of all ages would really enjoy checking this place out. The cafe has a tranquil environment good for studying and meditating, usually has a wide variety of pop music from mana to bachata to metalica, jazz, steely dan. Great coffee; paninini; fresh salads, carrot and orange juice.

Cesar, Vicente, and Arturo run a phenomenal cafe. You never know which Pilsen neighborhood organization will be having its regular meeting, or ceremonial incense burning Aztec prayer service, mixing it up with UIC student study groups. I recommend the carrot juice, sin azucar, 100% natural.

Efebos is a wonderful cafe. They have great homemade soup and gourmet sandwiches. It's a relaxing place to read or study, and it's a good location for small group meetings.
