I worked as a shift manager for 4 years in Grand rapids Michigan and Chicago Illinois and i have to say this location is far below par. Since moving on to new employment, i have visited the store a couple times. Each time I go in the place is downright filthy and the employees are slow, uninformed, and no friendly. It is clear to me that the problem is in the management as none of the crew seem to have received or retained sufficient training to say the least. The store also seems under staffed and rarely see the same employee twice, which makes me guess there is high turn-over in staff. Needless to say, if you are heading to ice cream, this Coldstone is not the place to visit.

I really like Cold Stone Creamery and this that their ice cream is great but this staff here is not up to par with other creamerys. Don't expect too much with this place. There's one girl there that gave me so much attitude because I didn't know that a to go container is different from a regular container. She also got mad at me again when I was asking her about the cones. Very testy, beware!
