I absolutely LOVE the Cheesecake Factory. The drinks, appetizers, food, cheesecake... everything fabulous. The only downside is they do not take reservations and you better be ready to wait a long time and come with about $100 for two people. Definitely one of my favorites if not the favorite!

I LIKE CHEESECAKE FACTORY CHEESECAKES UNTIL I HAD CHEESECAKES FROM A LADY AT WORK HER CAKE MAKE CHEESECAKE FACTORY CAKE TASTE BLAND.

i/m very dissapointed. I/m talking abaut chesscake faktory in westbury,ny. Very bad service and very bad food. The food we ordered was coold.so my advice-don/t waist you money and you time(it takes you more than one hour to get into restaurant).

the atmosphere was very nice, we ate outside.
however, it took 45 min. for eggs and a sand. When we got the food, my sister found not one hair, but three in her sandwich. It was so disgusting.
She asked the waitress if she could have a grilled cheese sand. or anything else that would be quick since we had a plane to catch and the waitress said "don't know". She then sent the manager over who offered, in lieu of a sandwich, a piece of cheescake!!
we thanked them, but declined, the cheesecake is good, but not for breakfast.
This was a very dissappointing experience.

My wife recommended we eat at the Cheesecake Factory when we were on our holiday from England. She had lived in Chicago and thought the Cheesekcake Factory was worth a revisit - she wasn't wrong. It was fabulous. Our little boy was in his element. The food, service and atmoshphere were all well worth the visit. Overall and enjoyable experience.

I love the cheesecake factory!!! The got the best food ever!!! I love the kiddie cocktails!!! And they have the best desserts ever!!! I would live there if I could!!!

I was recently in Chicago, had lunch at the factory and for dessert had the Godiva chocolate cheesecake. All I can say is cudoos. I am making my husband bring me back.

I do not eat out a lot because I enjoy cooking for my family. After a long day at work, it is fun to be in the kitchen. However I was away on business this week and had not choice but to eat out. I was shocked to taste the best Teriyaki chicken in my life (and I really do pride myself on my cooking)! And I thought they were only the best at Cheesecake! What a surprise...
