Was at Vie a couple weeks back.. my wife had the kobe steak, which she liked a lot, and i had the fluke, which was excellent. The couple we were with had the lamb, which they said was mediocre, and we had gnocchi and a tart for appetizers, which were both great. But, i got to thinkin, this place is kinda stuck up, like all these contemporary new american and french places. They act like they're introducing the Manhattan project or something. Geez, get over yourselves.. it's just food. The staff was on pins n needles, or maybe they just didn't have any personality. I hate snobbery.
