I have friends who live by and sometimes we need to get coffee. Every single time, its almost expected, the staff are extremely unfriendly, slow, impolite, and just mean. I'm so shocked by it, I'm always ready to call the owner to inform him/her by the time I leave the place. Also, one Saturday I needed to stop in for some coffee and it was closed when the sign visibally said opens at 10am. It was almost 10:30, doors were locked, and the guy shooed me way! I was like-You gotta be kidding! NEVER go there. Oh, and better yet, their pastries are dry, and their wraps taste like you got it from a gas station, and I wish I was lying. Awful. They need to put a Peet's Coffee there, and to hell with Love's Chicago!

The food here is good as well as the yogurt but the employees might be the worst team of servers I have ever encountered. They are rude, they greet you by looking down and rudely stating, "next customer!" Terrible. Also, if you go there within an hour and a half of closing they often serve only yogurt and cold soup (then stored in the back because the soup containers are already cleaned) or refuse service all together. Not impressed at all.

This is the worst restaurant in the city. The people here are so rude, you have to wait a century to get served...unless it is a busy hour. Although the food might be healthy, the price you pay and service is so ridiculously terrible. In addition, they hardly ever get the orders right. Ten thumbs down!
