Ordered a full meal at the Derrfield location on Father's Day. We placed the order at 4:30 for 6:30 pick up and after lenghty delay was rudely told the meals would not be ready for another hour. Horrible attitude don't patronize this Carson's.

I love Carson's Ribs, they are the best I have ever tasted! I've been living in Coos Bay, Oregon for the past 10 years, and now have Carson's Ribs delivered to my door. Nothing better than watching the sun set over the Pacific Ocean, while munching on Carson's Ribs, Mmmmmm....was that a whale I just saw?

My wife and I visited Chicago from Scotland at Easter last year and went to Carson's. Yummy ribs in nice atmosphere the double baked potatoes were superb as was the service. We are returning for another visit in July and no guesses which restuarant we will be visiting this time round. My mouth is fair watering at the thought - almost as good as Scottish haggis cooked in a whisky creme (sour cream) sauce.
