I'm a former Leona (Hyde Park)employee and let me tell you, after about a week of working there I was afraid to order food!!! I've seen things that were not "kosher". Everything from employees hand diving into the ice bin searching for ice cubes to eat, to employee using the restroom and returning without washing their hands, to hand picking fries off of a customers plate!! Not only that, "M" the manager needs a copy of "How to be a Professional Managers for Dummies." He's so not worthy for that title... can we say condescending asshole!!!

I had not realized how many people have had the RIDICULOUSLY poor service from this particular Leona's: EVERY TIME I have ordered from them, there has been @ LEAST 1 thing wrong!!! In the Woodlawn neighborhood, slightly S of Hyde Park, unless you want 2 eat garbage food, or order raw pizza, u have very little choice when ordering out. My last (I removed them from my phone & threw all menus away after this) was not only another missing item, but then they over charged my CC paying themselves even more!

this is absolutely the worst restaurant i have ever visited. i live in the neighborhood and unfortunately hyde park's options outside of thai and slim. so i gave leona's a total of 5 tries in the last two years and everytime I have found major issues with the food and service. Everything! from bread crumbs (?) in my water, forgotten requests, service went MIA during the entire meal, lukewarm food... you name it. i know hyde park has service issues, but this one is a serious problem.

I looked you up online, found information needed for contact to place an order for pick-up, which I have called for past 20 minutes, and not able to make any contact. Your information states that Leona's is open today on 53rd & Woodlawn.
