Yoga State is awesome. Anne and Marissa are great and always very helpful. The instructors offer different variations of poses that are more or less challenging, so the student is comfortable. Also, Niema's class on Monday nights is really good and perfect for intermediate students. The location is terrific, too -- just a few blocks east of the Chicago Red Line stop.
