Customer Service is completely and totally lacking at this location. Having worked in a bakery/coffee shop I understand how the early mornings and customers can get to anyone. But, the fact the employees feel it is necessary to ignore you in the back until they finish their conversations is totally and utter lacking consideration for people who just want a quick something and be off to work! Don't take me wrong, the food is great prices are a bit high but there is nothing wrong with a bit of nicety for customers who frequent every day of the work week. A smile or a thank you can go a very long way!
