I've had bloody marys all over the world - Glenn makes one of the best, complete w/ real chunks of clam in the mix. Great eclectic decor too w/the hilarious "wall of boxed cereal", daily movie quote, and walls of chalkboard specials.
Note to those unfamiliar w/seafood cafes, especially here in the midwest... it's a sign of a quality when items run out. This isn't a Red Lobster, you just found a quality FRESH seafood restaurant that doesn't freeze it's catch before it gets to your plate.

Went tonight for the first time with two other couples from the neighborhood. Had a very good experience. The food was well prepared, very fresh and served with care and style. Some of the items on the board were sold out, but we all found something that we all liked. The mussels come with a rich buttery sauce that we all soaked up with there delicious pan toasted bread. the Sea Bass was a big hit. The caulk board menu was really well done and the atmosphere was lively. The owner and wait staff were friendly. One of my friends tipped a water glass my way and the owner personally tended to my needs. I asked questions about the source of there seafood and they answered all of my question. PS. Share dishes so you get a sense of different flavors and preparation.

This has to be one of the dirtiest restaurants that I have visited. The tables are filled with crumbs. The floors are dirty and greasy. After ordering our entrees, we were given an basket of old crackers that tasted stale. The prices are much too high for the lack of sanitary conditions. The $3.75 soup came in a coffee cup. The owner (Glen)seemed very rude and unfriendly, arrogant and unaccomidating. I will never again give him my money. Sorry folks...this place is just unwelcoming and mediocre at best!

We heard about Glenn's Diner from the ABC's Hungry Hound website & decided to give the place a try. They weren't lying, the place is great! We went for the pretzel crusted walley pike, but ended up having the all you can eat "you peel'em shrimp" special. Both the cajun & garlic shrimps were excellent & the the price was just as palatable. All you can eat for under 16 BUCKS....I'm going back!!! The place really had a warm atmosphere with a friendly staff.

Amazing food, very eclectic and interesting menu. Horrible service. The host/manager was very rude and unaccommodating. Our waitress was nice enough but forgot several pieces of our order, which arrived late and out of order. The food is worth it, if you have time to wait in line and potentially be treated badly.

Sorry, but the food was just bad. The potato pancakes were uninspired and cold. I'm not going back.

Went to Glenn's last night, Tuesday 5/1/07. We had a 10 minute wait for three. Got a table ordered sodas and appetizer. 15 minutes later got appetizer, 20 minutes later waiter informs us he forgot to put our order in. Then he says he lost our order, could we please reorder. Two of us did reorder, the third person was no longer interested. 10 minutes later waiter returns to inform us that he was out of the catfish I ordered. Doesn't offer an alternative or ask if we want to look at menu again. We said we didn't want anything else. After sitting there for almost an hour, the waiter, who also said he was the manager, gave us our bill and didn't offer to comp us for anything (not even the sodas) and really didn't aplogize. I'll never eat at Glenn's again.

Went last night for dinner. Won't be going back! Food was just Ok but what really irked us was the fact that eventhough the place could use a good cleaning, they should not be mopping the floor while people are eating. Moreover, the guy washing the floor even commented "jokingly" how he loves irritating people by mopping when they are eating! What's that all about??? Forget it!
