I expect to get what I order, and how I order it. I don't want to pay $7.00 one day and the next day you charge me 8.50 for the exact same order and you give me a lame excuse that that's what it cost all the time. And say "ohh we just push button See? Maybe you owe me?" So if you like over priced sandwiches made by second rate short order cooks, go for it. Brett's used to be good but the owner has a misconception that the quality of his food has risen with the price of the real estate. Unless you can say you've been in this neighborhood since 82. Sit down. The food has only caught up to the early nineties with a 2008 price tag attached.

Expecting a sandwich place to make a decent sandwich doesn't make one rude, nor does it mean they're asking the world to cater to them. It means expecting a decent sandwich. Now that's not such a big order is it?

I go there probably weekly and have yet to have my order wrong. Maybe if you aren't rude and expect the world to cater to you, you'll get taken care of better? I think it's a little overpriced to be honest, but it's close and convenient, and that's the price you pay - if you don't like it, go to Subway or Galleria - the latter of which is very expensive as well, and they get my order wrong all the time!

cute room but overpiced and crummy food. the fries are limp and greasy. it doesn't take much to make a decent sandwich and an order of fries. It seems busy when I pass by, why, I don't know. Keep walking.

This place is way over-rated in the neighborhood. Someone should teach the cooks that cooked eggs are yellow and white. Not brown, or even browned. Yes, that includes all omelettes. All breakfast sandwiches too. Burgers should be "topped" with lettuce, tomato and onions. They do not belong under the burger for very good reasons. That goes for ketchup and mustard as well. The cook has forgotten my order many times. "Can I help you?", "No, I just ordered from you?" "Oh, what did you order?" "Double cheeseburger with everything to go." "Did you order fries with that?" "No." "You want everything on that?" "Yes." "To go?" "Yes." Come on. They like to pride themselves on the fact they don't write down the orders because their memories are great. Guess what? Start writing them down because your memory sucks.
