Willie's been back for a while, mostly singing, and sounding great, with Patrick McKeever doing a fine job on bass. Guy King is the best blues lead man in town, (or anywhere else).

Went to Blue Chicago to see Willie Kent again. Willie is sick and not performing with the band anymore. It was still good with Guy picking up the slack, but the good songs didn't seem to come out till around 11:30-12:00.. And Guy doesn't whale on the guitar as much. Still gets a 8/10 from me.

I've seen Willie 2 times now, one of which was Saturday night at Blue Chicago. I stayed for 4 sets.. 8pm to 2:30am... VERY VERY good. His lead guitar player (Guy), which came into the band 2 1/2 years ago is exceptional and makes the guitar just sing to you.
