Good food, reasonably priced. Can get crowded on weekends, but this is the new boom town. The tequila selection is the best I've seen! Try the tequila sampler (or two) but then take the nearby subway or El home.

We had a wonderful experience during a busy lunch. Our waiter (Ramon?) was fantastic and very attentive without being pushy.

The food and the service at this newish South Loop spot (located just steps from other hot eateries like Opera and Gioco) is warm, inviting and never uppity--this is good ole Mexican fare with a slightly upscale twist and a constant emphasis on presentation. The guacamole appetizer is mixed before your eyes and served in a giant clay pot (as are the fajitas); the salsa is spicy and so is the food, fare that includes pork or mushroom burritos (with your choice of four sauces) that are big enough to take home for tomorrow's lunch and tasty margaritas in flavors like mango and passion fruit. And beer drinkers, there are traditionals like Tecate available, too--in the can. 'Cause that's the kind of place this is--one where you can go with friends for a birthday dinner and by the time your first round of drinks arrive, your waiter somehow already knows everyone's name.

Good friendly and attentive service.
Grilled sea bass entree was excellent.
