All I can say, What kind of BS is this?? Bouncer wants his hands greased!!
The so called bouncer told us he could let my friends and I get in if we each pay $20.00. According to him this would just allow us to get to the front door, then we would still have to pay $20.00 each to actually get into the place...What BS is this all about?
I later found out the bouncers name is Tony.
The sad part is places with employees like this don't last forever. We are never considering this place as one of our options at all.

There are better lounges. RINO is okay, but really cheesy people. If like fake boobs...but not great faces this is the place for you!

I love the fake reviews obviously posted by people that work at the bar. "This place is amazing. Friendlies staff ever." Hey, if you want to wait in line for an empty bar, only to pay $10 for a watered down drink when you get in, be my guest. But my guess is, if your going here frequently, money is not a problem. This is a disgrace to Chicago.

Last night my friends and I were told the following by the bouncer, "cover is $20 each, but you'll have to take care of me to get in". As we were walking away, we asked if there was a list we could put ourselves on for future reference and he said you must reserve a table to get on the list. Granted, our group was all male, but he had just let in 15 girls ahead of us so the ratio was not in question. There was nobody else in line. WTF? This club is so good that they would let the bouncer turn down $60 at the door and much more in drinks? And to respond to previous posters, all the clubs in Miami and Vegas ARE NOT like this. We won't be going back to RiNo because they apparently don't want customers.

Rino's a decent place, but definetly not as great as I expected-most people would agree. Their major fault is their security/door staff, which is basically a bunch of average (maybe even dorky) guys who act obnoxious/aggressive and unprofessional because of where they work (I actually got in fast, but they did have a bad attitude once in and toward both guys/girls at the door). The music was what you would expect but walking in, most people comment on how they thought it would be bigger (its roughly the size of a large living room). Its not a bad place to lounge (so don't think its a club)as long as you don't have to mingle with some of the staff, its a little pricy, and it has a nice decor. Other than that, its just another downtown lounge.

This is the best lounge in Chicago. If your not up for Crobar - head to RiNo. Call ahead, get a bottle or two, and chill with the best crowd in the city.

Rino is the hottest late night club right after Reserve!!! What can you say. Ive never had a problem getting in. If you want to go to the hot spot you better put yourself on the guest list or reserve a table. Its like that everywhere in Miami NY and Vegas, get over it complainers!! Cant miss a celeb when you go there. Always a good time. Bottles are not even that expensive.

The door staff is rude and you can't get drink in the place to save your life. Late night liq. lic. is nice, but not much to offer. Much better late night spots to hit than this.
