For price, this is an excellent sushi buffet. While sushi quality is not the greatest, it is definitely up to part with many quality restaurants. Posts about bad service might have to do with appearances. Servers were more than attentive and prompt, but rarely smiled. All in all, an 8.5 out of 10.

As you can guess they "rice up" the sushi here.But hey, if you come with a hunger for sushi,this place will fill your tummy without emptying your wallet.the service isn't too great but if you go in the middle of the day you get their full attention.This is a place that I can actually eat a full meal of sushi.While other places I'd head to a burger king before hand.

The sushi here isn't the best i've ever had...but for 17.99 for all you can eat, it's the only sushi joint in Chicago I go to. I used to go once a week; but now am down to once a month. Service here sucks and they charge for refills on iced tea.

Great food and value! The $17.99 All-You-Can-Eat buffet might be the best deal in the city! No confusing rules or limits on what types of sushi you can order, and the sushi comes straight from the chefs and is not pre-made. Simple interior, but the food speaks for itself. Highly recommended!

i think it is the best sushi restaurant out there. the most affordable, AND best tasting fish. their mountain roll sauce is unique to them and only them. im a junior in high school and i either go with my parents or take girls there. we all love it. if that place closes down (which it probably wont hence the amazing food) i dont think ill ever eat sushi again. yea...the service is slow. but ITS WORTH IT! I <3 SUSHI PARA! haha

Very cheap prices and the service wasn't bad at all. Very fresh food. I definately will be going back there.

GREAT SUSHI.....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. But who cares... for 16.99, I'll bring my own napkins and water :)

Amazing - an all-u-can eat Sushi Bar, that not only serves excellent fresh Sushi and Maki (plus miso soup, edaname, gyoza), but is BYOB to boot -- all for only $16.99/pp. WOW. This is what I've been looking for -- so I can enjoy eating Sushi more than once every few months because it is usually so expensive. Only 'negatives' - no sashimi served on the all-u-can eat menu (though you may choose to order off regular menu at VERY reasonable prices $1-1.50 each); and the Sushi is intentionally made with lots of rice (to fill U up); and they claim they will charge U if you don't finish all U order (including all of the rice). Also you better get there before the rush, or you may have a long wait. Nevetheless, I will be back -- soon!

The food is excellent for the price. It's also BYOB, so you can bring beer or wine with you. The only caveat is watch your credit card statements because I've also been overcharged $3 or $4 on occasion. Better to pay in cash. Otherwise, this restaurant is great.
