STEER CLEAR! Agreed, bartenders from hell. Waitstaff is the worst I've ever encountered. Management could care less. I used to live right down the block, and I kept giving it another try, after a dozen I can honestly say it is A)not an irish pub B) worst service of all time

What Can I say about the Celtic Crown?
I've been there at least 10 times. And after then 2nd, I really didn't want to come back the other 8. It unfortunately was just liked by some people I know, and honestly, I don't know why.
You really can only order beer. The Mixed Drinks aren't "Overpriced" but they are considering how little booze they throw in the things. Honestly, if your pouring cheap vodka, would it be too much to throw an extra shot in there? And If I'm paying for call, I sure as heck be able to taste something other than tonic!
I have had one or two good bartenders when I've been there, but overall, most of them make bad drinks.
The atmosphere is the same in any sports bar.
Really, there's just nothing special about the place. Every time I go there, I regret it, and spend too much money for not good enough of a time.
The Singles scene is also boring, but, it is Lincoln Square...

This place has had so much turnover in the past couple of months that it isn't even recognizable anymore. I'd grab a steak after the Cubs game but now I think I'll go elsewhere. Nothing but a fake Irish Bennigan's feel here.

I have to agree with Rachel. My friends and I went there NYE and I still feel dirty from being there. I don't think I can take enough showers to wash this place out of me. Maybe, they want that type of clientele. One word for the service...TERRIBLE!!!

I agree with the previous review, after 10pm the place does get more of a gangbanger crowd. However, I have been there about a handful of times and I do not know who the bartenders from hell are. All of the bartenders I have encountered have been awesome. It is a neighborhood bar and those girls knew everyone in the place, they even recognized me! I would definitely go there again, even without the reasonable prices, for the bartenders and servers alone. They joke around with the customers and they make sure everyone is having a good time. I do not know how that makes a bartender from hell.

Great bang for your buck! Great food, drinks, and TVs! But, stay out of there after 10PM when all the gangbangers invade the place and bother all the customers. And, beware of two bartenders from HELL! Owners need to find a way to get all the druggies and gangbangers out of there.
