We've been there a few times in the last few months. The food is nicely prepared, fresh and tasty. This is a great BYOB place with a friendly staff who won't rush you....

My wife and I went last night and... it was below average. Although before we had really good experiences. I think overall they're pretty good. But don't order shrimp on toast, it's tasteless!

Opart thai is simply the best thai resturant I have ever been to, and I've tried every single one I've passed, as well as some in england, france, and greece. The food is spicy without sacrificing flavor. In fact, it tastes even better the spicier you order it, to the point where you might eat spicier than comfortable.
I recommend starting with their delicious thai iced coffee or tea, then the AMAZING tom yum kai soup, with satay or a beef appetizer. My favorite entree(which I've been ordering for about 6 years I think) is the pad ped no mai, beef on tender bamboo shoots with peppers and spices.
Even if you don't like thai food, you'll like opart. If you DO like thai food, you'll make Opart a home away from home.
