My husband took me a few years ago and this place is simply hands down the best in Chicago!! We are Italian and I have to say, its like being at my Nana's house! We did have Flo wait on us and we had our two year old with us... Flo treated my daughter as if she were her own. The Chicken Vesuvio is to die for and even better the next!! If your looking for a classic Italian dish with the feeling of being at home or at your Nana's... This is a must!!

My entire family LOVES this place!!! My father-in-law introduced us to it several years ago and it is hands down our favorite restaurant. The Pasta Roger is awesome, risotto- excellent, the salad is easily the best in the city. Steak Rinaldo is the subject of several of my husband's dreams!! Everything on the menu is too good to be true. If you know to ask, the items not on the menu are even better!!! We always order family style so we can all get a little bit of everything. Even my six year old fights for next day leftovers (if they last until the next day!) The place is excellent for family gatherings or date night. We highly recommend it only to our favorite people- we don't want too many to know about it :)

The best restauraunt in the world!!!! Great food, great service and the best family restaurauntin all of Chicago. It's almost historical. When you go have Flo wait on you and order the pasta ala roger or frog legs if the have them. there risotto is great and so is the pizza bread and zuchinni. i love this place i grew up there and will always return- Rachel
