I am having lunch at the cafe by myself, which has given me the opportunity to look the place over while I wait for my food. To sum it, the place is filthy... There is food on the floor and window sills and the buspeople clean the tables with dirty dishrags. My freshly cleaned table still has crumbs on it. I hope the food is good!

USED to be a premier gourmet grocer, but as of late has become joke. While the variety and quality of products has remained the same, the atmosphere and service have dropped to remarkable lows. Fox always seems to be understaffed and as a result the quality of service has plummeted to new depths. For the amount of money charged for Fox's products the service leaves much to be desired. While most employees are friendly and helpful (if you can find one that isn't busy), most have little to know gourmet food knowledge, which speaks volumes about the company and its priorities. Was a loyal fox customer, but now will only walk in for a quick purchase. Come for the products, but do your research and recipes at home.
