I sincerely enjoy the great service and very helpful, friendly staff at FitPlex. There may not be parking, but it's meant to be a neighborhood facility --- much better than the more pricey alternatives in the Gold Coast/River North area.

Do NOT recommend! Staff was rude, arrogant, and condescending. The rock wall is not marked for easy climbing. The rock surface itself is of poor quality.

Don't do it. Poor customer service. Inflated rates. No Parking. Rude and/or disinterested staff. Crappy new boxing program. Far worse instruction and insane fees. Disorganized management. "losing track" of payments made by clients -frequently.
