Beautiful decor, friendly service, great food. I highly recommend the Loganberry pancakes, the Eggs Benedict (easily available in a veg version), and the potatoes.

i should have known better than to go into a place with decor from a bad 70's exploitation movie... the food was subpar and the only thing worse was the idea that the food is presented as "original" ... laughable.

I really wanted to like this place but just couldn't. The decore is a little intense for me (especially the horizontal slats of wood, the bright yellow walls and the low hanging lights) but I tried to ignore that and focus on the food. The menu had a number of great choices but the ones that I tasted were very mediocre. The corned beef hash, while served in a cast iron skillet, was from a can and the "logan" berry pancakes that everyone talks about were just bla. If you do order them, avoid the bacon: two small slices of soggy, undercooked pork. It's too bad that the food wasn't better. At least we had Xanadu pklaying on the TV to watch during our long wait for the food.

Very nice atmosphere... small and quiet. Breakfast on a Sunday Morning was excellent. Not too pricey and plenty of selections on the menu. The French Toast is awesome, and the Loganberry pancakes are scrumptious.
The waitress's are very friendly, the only draw back is the neighborhood. Being this was our first time there, I cant complain, parking is on street so you have to be lucky or walk a block or two. But the food and ambiance is worth a little walk. The little ones had "Finding Nemo" playing on the several TVs mounted on the screen. I recommend.

Great place. Bright, Cheery and Friendly. The Owner, Stacie Is Always There and Is Very Nice and Accomodating. I Recommend This Trasure In Logan Square. (The Loganberry Pancakes Are Awesome !!!)

I don't know where the person who wrote the bad review was eating....this place is great. The portions are great, the prices are good, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is bright and pleasant.
The only drawback is the back room for overflow seating. It's not got much light, and it's noisy. I will wait for a main dining room seat even if there's room in the back. The food's worth the wait, and the experience is so much more pleasant in the main dining room or at the bar.

Great atmosphere but skimpy on the servings. Frittata was so gross that the idea of going back there again makes me want to throwup.
