I went last weekend with a family member who was visiting Chicago and the food was great. The fish was really fresh and everything had a really great taste. I will definitely be returning

I visited this place for the first time with a few friends whom had not eatten at this establishment before either. The menu seemed somewhat decent, although I have been to many sushi restaurants where the menus were a bit more unique. We ordered some food, none of which was exceptional. One word to describe this place is ordinary. There is absolutely nothing special about this place and I would not visit again. If I want to go out for sushi, something that I do not do that often because it can get pricey, I do not want to go to a place where the food does not seem as fresh as others or just okay. Oh and the waitress had the odassity to ask us why we didn't leave her an 18% tip?? Isn't the gratuity supposed to be left to the patrons' discretion? Who does that? I shouldn't have to ask more than once for a straw, escpecially when there is no one else in the restaurant. Sorry, but I will not be revisiting this place. Food was okay, menu could be better, and staff needs to learn some manners.
