pumping company is back!! under new ownership again and this time it is a sure fire hit! the new owners and staff are all friendly and excellent. the food is back to being top notch. daily specials. 10 new tv's in the upstairs bar to catch any sporting event. a big livingroom feel in the downstairs bar area. i highly reccomend checking this place out. it's back to being the best damn bar on the northside!

It's just a bar with food. The burgers and fries were fantastic. The bartender said they made some staff changes, and recently changed the burgers a bit. At any rate, they were a good value for $7

I was excited to try Sizzle....what a terrible experience! The wait staff was slow and confused and every time we ordered something, 15 minutes later someone would come back and say they didn't have it. On a Saturday night they weren't making blended drinks and were out of calamari, wings, and chips! Then when they brought our INcorrect order we were told the kitchen was closed. I would never suggest anyone go here, it was a total dissapointment and waste of money.

Stopped in for a late night drink and munchies with friends. Very embarassed that I recommended we meet here. The service was soooooo slow. The kitchen was out of just about everything. When we finally ordered something we were told they had, when our order came it was not correct. What limited we food we did recieve was cold. Then we were told we could not order anything else as the kitchen was closed and half of us didn't have our food. One person ordered nachos, never received, they were out of chips. Yeah right. Anyway a disaster of an evening. Everything from the drinks, to the food, to the waitresses was poor. Highly suggest you go someplace else.

crude, rude and unforgiving. It was comical how they dropped the ball on every aspect of a dining experience. I think a reality show of some sort should be tipped off on this train wreck of a place.

Not bad for bar food but the service and atmosphere is really amazingly bad.
I have eaten there twice and one time they completely forgot to submit my order. You think they would have offered a free drink, appetizer or something but they gave me nothing but bad service.
The people that run the place remind me of aging fraternity types.
You should go there if you are an under age student or want to impress a white trash date.

I went in on a Friday afternoon in December for lunch about 1pm. The service was slow (and rude), even though we were the only other couple in the place. The food was overpriced, boring, and took it forever for it to come out after we ordered. When asking a question about an item on the menu, I was told, "Um, I don't know, the cook isn't back there right now." We sat about 5 ft. away from the bar but the waitress ignored us. I had to walk to the bar to get the check and even though I put it and my credit card out in the open, I had to walk back to the bar to pay. The music was too loud and the CD kept skipping.
I don't know what it is like at night, but if you're looking for a place to eat, skip Sizzle on Broadway.

Sizzle is a nice little bar. I haven't eaten the food there, but taken several dates there. It is a casual kind of place, but big enough that you don't have to share your conversation with everyone else in the bar.
There is supposedly DJs on the weekend, but I have yet to experience that. I suspect that the people on this board who are flaming Sizzle are the same kids who are at Hamilton's every Wed - Sat.
