I am an area resident for 25 years and have been going to Merz for a long time. The only complaint I have about Merz is they follow you around as though you are going to shoplift. I'm not the only neighborhood resident who feels this way. Also the layout is terrible. When the store is crowded it is very difficult to get by people to look at all the great stuff they have displayed.
