El Taco Veloz is just a great place to eat...from tacos, burritos, tortas and gorditas to platillos such as Tampiquena and carne asada, camarones y pescado al la plancha y al mojo de ajo ( grilled juicy steak's to delicious grilled shrimp and fish! ) You must taste the aguas frescas;agua de jamaica is good but rice water is the best!and if you want something stronger there is beer,margaritas, pinas colada,etc,etc, Karaoke night is on Fridays; when you can sing the night away ( with a great singer to entertain you if you don't want to sing ) they have plenty of music choices to sing along with so there is no reason not to. Saturdays and Sundays there is an Elvis Presley impersonator...is a great place to spend the night with entertainment, good food and your favorite drink!

You have to eat at this place, the food is so delicious, great prices. the orchata (rice water) is the best, big juicy steaks with the rice and beans, shrimp cocktale has a yummy sause to it...and don't forget their tacos filled with a lot of meat. I recommend this place to all that love Mexican food

I have been going to Taco Veloz for years. The food is amazing and the prices are great. You will not find a more authentic place that is so enjoyable. I recommend the Grande Beans and Rice.

Our family loves to go here for family birthdays, graduations, anniversaries and just because. Great food, two of my favorite dishes are La Tampiquena and the plate of barbacoa, mmm. For us it's close to home as you can get.

If you live near or even semi-near this establishment and like Taqueria-style Mexican food, take a visit there. The food is very good, reasonably priced and the menu is broad for a Taqueria. While it isn't fine dining, it's still very good, your wallet will thank you, plus liquor is served and you can't wrong with a nice cerveza with your meal now can you?
