Moonshine needs to send their employees to take a course on customer service; especially the manager. Very rude, fellow!! I will not be going there again. I could definately spend my money where it is appreciated!! Get a new manager!!!!! I will be telling others to go elsewhere!!!

I had a very unfortunate experience while visiting moonshine. When the waitress gave us the bill we questioned her as to the amount of money we were charged. Mind you, this is a customers right and a manager or honestly pseudo-manager actually told us verbatim "So your telling me that my waitress is stupid and cant add huh?" Seriously, Is this how moonshine treats it's patrons? I will never be returning to moonshine and be assured that I will inform EVERYONE I know not to patronize their business. I have a suggestion for them ...they need to watch who they leave managing their business. But then again according to the other review it's obvious that they don't care.

I LOVE this place. The food, the music, the ambiance is all great. Definately a place I will hang out at again!!!

This place is awful! Everything is dirty and it smells like rotten/old beer. I would not recommend this place

Awesome food, I really enjoyed the glass jars used for the drinks they are so awesome! Bear Down!

Always figured the big sidewalk seating area was a draw. It's actually the DJ (loud, but decent) and the ridiculous specials, like $4 Absolut anythings and half-price pizza on Wednesdays. Not a spot for an intimate evening, but good for a group that wants to pound a few and hang for a while.

i don't know about everyone else, but i've lived on this block for 10 years and it's nice to see some neighbohood people opening a neighborhood spot. Never had a bad experience, neither has my friends.

I have to agree with Chris. The management here is as bad as the clientele the place is getting. When the place started it seemed like a cool place to hang. Now it seems like this has become the gangster hangout of division. Think late night borderline on the weekend.
I assume its because of the indifference of the management. I asked for a manager to complain about my food and he didnt care so I asked if he was "the" manager and he merely walked off. Ten minutes later another guy walked up and he was not only uncaring but rude!!
Too many places on Division to endure this kind of behavior.

This place is awful. It took 30 minutes for them to take our breakfast order, another 30 minutes for them to let us know it wasn't ready, and another 15 minutes for us to leave without eating. I talked to the manager and he didn't even care. I have never been to a restaurant with such bad service.

i hate this place. Exceedingly loud music which makes conversation impossible and the food gave me food poisoning. stay away.
