I am so thankful to have found this place and the instructor Tipsuda (or Tippy)SHE IS AWESOME!!!! Tippy made me feel comfortable being a first timer, and she made the class so energetic and fun. When I left that class yesterday I felt like a woman again, like I was sexy and on my way to a better physical and mental journey. I am hooked and will be a life time member of Tippy's belly dancing class. Also, Kudo's to Tim the owner he has done a great job with this center, and when I registered he was very informative and warm, so his instructors feed off of his great energy. I recommend this place highly if you want a better you.

    Thanks, Mechell

Three Pillars has been a godsend for me...so many great teachers, a real source of relaxation right in Hyde Park. Though they don't have parking I've never had trouble finding cheap metered spaces nearby.

3 pillars is definitely worth a try. lots of classes, flexible times - all the classes are drop-in - and personable, competent and empathetic teachers add up to a wonderful program. most everyone can find something here that is worthwhile and will bring you back

I'm just sorry I didn't find Three Pillars sooner -- it has made such a difference to me. I came looking for yoga, only to find myself wrapped up in Tai Chi, pilates, and now Nia as well. I've fallen into the other classes because the entire teaching staff is amazing, and they complement each other wonderfully. I've never been in better shape or better balance, and all it takes is an hour every couple days and a short ride on the #15 bus. Three Pillars offers perfect daily opportunities to take care of yourself without sacrificing your hectic schedule. Recommended to anyone with a body and a soul.

Three Pillars is great. It's a warm, small-town atmosphere within a professional big-city facility. The best of both worlds. All worlds! The instructors take the time to teach you as an individual.

Three Pillars is great - fabulous and reliable instructors, convenient schedule (even Sunday Pilates classes), clean bathrooms and clean facility in general, welcoming, professional, and organized management who are very customer-focused. And what a well-located facility in Hyde Park.

Tim the thai chi teacher knows his material, and is such a positive force in the classroom. He is patient and respectful, and allowed me to take notes. I recommend him nine times over!
