I am a culinary student, and sadly, as a member of the culinary community, i've developed very high food standards which are most often disappointed. That, compounded with the pickiness that is just in my nature, is usually a trainwreck. So, when stopping for a quick bite in the middle of apartment hunting late last week, i wasn't really expecting too much. But, Cooking Fools really has appealing, impressive, and varied menu items. Also, the shelves in the store are lined with some appealing, fresh, newer products, which i have only ever seen at some recent restaurant shows. Finally, a place to grab a quick bite, that actually has some taste. Now, if only my sister and i could find a bucktown-2br-1ba-hwfl-util incl....
