This place has some of the most horrendous service I have ever experienced. I am NOT a picky person...I like almost restaurant I go to.

The food is mediocre to good, depending on what you get. Very few excellent items. Almost everything is overpriced.

The waiters all get mixed up, deliver the wrong items, forget items, and take way too long . Despite them being slightly apologetic, its not enough.

The bartender (buff Italian-looking guy) is a total a-hole. He acts like serving you food and drink is doing you a favor...Never get the Happy Hour "special", this guy is you "server".

And this is coming from a guy who understands sushi places rarely have excellent service...

Tsuki should be ashamed...I'm shocked they are still in business.

This was very disappointing. We ate here on a Sun night, by recommendation. We did the chef's choice where you can specify any dollar amt. We picked $65 each, by the server's suggestion. What followed was a ridiculous amount of generally uninspired food and poor service. No matter how many different ways you serve spicy tuna, it is essentially the same thing. There are other options in sushi other than rolls with spicy sauce or mayo or both. Also, we specified that one of us couldn't eat Octopus. The first course to be shared contained octopus. The server's indifferent response was: Well, he just won't eat that. After you just agreed to pay $65, to have the FIRST course assume that sets a really poor tone. Note to staff: when I'm reaching out to get a bite please don't reach in front of me between the food in my chopstick and my face in order fill my water glass. That's just rude. Also, this is not authentic Japanese food. I have grown up eating authentic Japanese food, and if authenticity matters to you, then this is not it. They didn't serve green tea (or ask if we wanted tea) until we asked for it and since it was after the bill was presented the waitress looked distinctly unhappy with us. When we ordered the waitress had said it was a 5 course meal with dessert. After 7 courses, we asked, When does it end? She said there were two more. We cancelled them but they didn't refund any. I wasn't expecting it, but they really did a poor job of managing our experience.

Buyer beware of false and ambiguous advertiseing for their "specials!" This really happened tonite: The general and regular manager negated our lady's night discount because they said they had a hidden camera that took the picture of our friend/birthday celebrant's 15 year old "male" son who was at the table with us 5 females. Even after we said we'd pay full price for his food, the answer was no--we lost the discount because of his presence with us. Nothing was written or said to let us know that males were not allowed at female tables. Unbelievable.Truly not an ethical place.

The place was by far one of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. They should not alow the lounge server to bartend as well. It adds up to nothing but bad service. I will take my business to Susi Para Two.
