Taste on Randolph must be the worst event I have ever attended. The food is horrible and the sanitation is even worse. The entertainment couldn't even cut it on a cruise boat. The beer is warm and they hand you your cups with their thumbs in the drink.. It is a terrible production. HORRIBLE!

The taste is simply the stripped-down soul of Chicago itself. Let's face it, Chicago is as much about food as anything else, and lots of it. What more can you expect from the center of the farming midwest and a city built on the stokyards? And how incredible that the main acts are gratis! Best of all, the rich and poor all rub shoulders literally...all are very much one, for a week anyway...Oh, and thanks, Jane Byrne, for an idea much better than the ped mall on state or sleeping at Cabrini for a week....You outdid the Daleys' on Taste, at least, if not much lese....too bad your one other good idea, ChicagoFest, died after 3 years(80-83)...Taste basically incorporated musical acts after they stopped chicagofest, so we still have chicagofest in a way. ...Oh yeah, one last thing... "Thanks, Jesse!!"

Well lets start with the deep fried turkey wing it was tough and had no seasoning on it at all. That was friday 6/30. Then my friend and i went back on wednesday 7/5 and really enjoyed ourselves we didnt get food but we some Anthony Hamilton and India Arie and they both was worth the wait. To the taste of chicago the food is not always that great but the performers are always an excellent choice. Also i love the fireworks i come down every year on the 3rd to watch them. Thanks a million.

I think that the taste of chicago is great even though my first time going to the taste of chicago was last year. its a place where visitors and people get together make friends, enjoy themselves, taste the food of chicago, hear and see great things. it is an annual festival for family and friends. see the the fireworks, art and etc we can never hate it but you can always love it you're outside felling, smelling, tasting the hot breeze of chicago the famous and the best place ever.
