The Stick&Move class is awesome for getting into boxing and upping your cardio. The first class is gonna kill you, but by the second you will definitely be hooked. Lalo and Maria are the best!

The people that run JABB and train boxers there are a great group. Plus, you get to work with pro and olympic fighters, real nice guys like Mike Garcia and David Diaz. And Dominic Pesoli is the badass that runs the place and makes sure you get everything you can out of what they do there.
