This is a really great place to hang out! The food is definitely better than typical bar food. The service is pleasant and comfortable. If you are looking for hype this isn't the place. This is a place for great food at reasonable prices to slow down, watch a game and have a drink. The small patio is great on Sunday afternoons when there isn't anyone around, the neighborhood is quiet.

Just moved into the area and found this place my second night. The bartender was friendly and the food great for bar food. They're supposed to be starting delivery soon. Yeah! I can get their pizza and salad right at my front door. I'll still frequent the bar though. The atmosphere is great!

I would never return to this place again. The wait staff and bouncer were the absolute most obnoxious jerks I have ever encountered at a bar. The same blonde haired waitress talked about in an earlier post is extremely obnoxious to the point where you cant stand her by the end of the meal, not to mention she seems awfully stuck up and extremely rude. Food is good, but the service takes away from it... My friends and I will never return.

Great bar/restaurant if you are into a laid back beer and cheeseburger atmosphere. Not your place if you are a Lincoln Parker/ club goer. The food is good- the fries are GREAT! The waitstaff takes their time after the lunch rush. The location is great if you live/work nearby. There isn't a whole lot else nearby. It is a great place to go after work to grab a beer and a burger. It isn't a meatmarket either. All in all, this is a place for people that aren't looking to see or be seen, but are just looking for some good food and to have a beer.

Jefferson Tap is great! The staff is friendly, the menu trendy and well executed. I wouldn't go anywhere else for a comfortable night out at great prices.

I thought the Jefferson Tap was really bad news. The service mwas slow and rude!!! Which didnt matter because the food they brought was horrible. The waitress I had(can't remeber her name, but she had short blonde hair,melanie or mellisa or something) took her sweet time bringing us our orders. And she seemed a little stoned. Anyways I wont be going back there again anytime soon. Even if they were giving away free beers!

My friends call this place Jefferson CRAP - because the food, location and wait staff are crap. Got sick from the fried food. It smells funny too. Hope the rumors are true that it's closing. No one is ever there.
