They have the worst customer service. They act like they are brain dead in there, barely making eye contact and very slow to get your order and drinks to you. My partner tried to get a job there for partime help and they still have not looked over the application, even though they posted an ad in craigslist that they were hiring over two weeks ago. So far it looks like a horrible place to eat and a bad place to work.

THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST LEONA'S! The service is terrible, and I can see why because many of the customers are rude and demanding as well. This place used to be nice, but as Western ave. changes many other restaraunts are gone and there isn't much left.

The Leonas in Beverly is probably the worst out of all of these locations. The service is terrible, you feel like you are an annoyance to this establishment, if you can call it that. My order came out wrong and I refused to pay for some of it, the manager argued with me! I couldn't believe it! She even inspected my carry out container, which I left there in spite of how rude her and the waitress was! No apologies from either one, when we left they were staring at us and talking about us. This is the worst Leonas! I wouldn't recomend it to anyone! I would rather eat at McDonalds, at least their service is better!
