The same thing that happened to Jaymi happened to me at the Loop location. Morgan Phillips and "Nino" are the biggest bunch of slime balls ever. And to top it off ASF int. cannot produce a copy of the "contract" to send to me. If anyone can help please email me at Hershmack@hotmail.com. Thanks.

I am going to put myself out there for the interests of all who have serious concerns about this club and its business practices, staff, equipment, services etc... I have recently undertaken a tremendous amount of responsibility for this company and I would like to offer my assistance in resolving problems our members have to the best of my ability. SAME THING HAS HAPPENED TO ME. I WAS INFORMED I WAS SIGNING UP FOR A 7 DAY PASS AND NOW I AM BEING BILLED ON A 24 MONTH CONTRACT. I TALKED TO THE GUY WHO "SIGNED" ME UP AND HE AVOIDED MY CALLS AND THEN TOLD ME I HAD TO TALK TO GM MORGAN PHILLIPS WHO ALSO DODGED MY CALLS FOR A WEEK. WHEN I DID GET HER ON THE PHONE SHE PUT SOMEONE ELSE ON RIGHT AWAY WHEN SHE FOUND OUT IT WAS ME.
ANYONE HAVE ANY LUCK DEALING WITH THESE SCAM ARTISTS OR ASF INTERNATIONAL? REALLY COULD USE SOME HELP. THANKS

I have been a member here for over a year and have seen some nice improvements over the last couple of months. New pads on the machines, nicer paint...it looked like a carnival before, and new staff!! These new guys are great, they seem to really give a sh?t about the club. I bought 10 sessions of personal training from the guy who said he runs the training department and set me up on a great program. unfortunately the trainer I got assigned to didnt really live up to the program I was given by the training manager, but my new trainer, John, is second to none. The only complaint I have is that when I used to work out in the afternoon, I was hit on by some woman named melina or melissa who wouldnt leave me alone until I had to tell her I was gay. Honey, droopy ass's and horribly done fake ta ta's dont't get it done anymore! I also noticed an odd stench when ever she came around. I don't see her anymore, nor do i smell that odd stench that seems to follow permiscuous woman.

This is the worst gym in Chicago. The manager is the owners daughter could care less about anything except how much food she can stuff into her face. Everytime I see her she is eating something. I cant wait till my contract is up. Equipment Sucks.

the only reason i go to that gym is the fitness classes ,especially with Karim,,he s amazing!!!!!

Check with the Better Business Bureau before setting foot in this place.
The Better Business Bureau distinguishes between erroneous or false complaints, and those having merit.
This business has a unsatisfactory rating for a very good reason, their day to day business and operating practices, along with the company responsible for billing, are unorganized and actually operate with disregard for their clients.
Buyer beware.
Read these postings carefully. One that glowingly lists all of the gym's amenities and quotes a low monthly rate, is obviously being offered by a staff member of the gym to refute the negative postings.
