UPDATE (10/20/07):
Based on other reviewers suggestion, my wife's 'nudging' and for old-times sake, we gave it a new second-chance following their remodeling. Glad we did. It was once again back on top of its game -- a great place for Chinese Seafood. Tried a wonderful Squid in XO Sauce -- huge plate of baby squid with lots of wonderful sauce. Also, had delicious Salt & Pepper Prawns; and, a Fish Casserole. Finally, we had one of our old favorites -- their Giant Oysters steamed in Black Bean Sauce -- yummy. Happy to say, it's now back on our Recommended List, and WE will be back soon.

They've recently renovated and re-sparked their quality, so MrJustice should return - I think he'd be pleasantly surprised.
They have great seafood here, as well as a lot of other styles, for less money than you'd expect. Open late, it's new decor is welcoming not just to local Chinese and "in-the-know" non-Chinsese, but to just about anyone.

This USED to be our favorite restaurant in China Town. In fact, we were probably one of the original "caucasions" (non-Chinese) to eat at the restaurant when it first opened up many years ago. Always loved the seafood, especially the combo dinners, when it used to include whole lobster, and a shrimp & scallop dish. No longer. Unfortunately, it has gone downhill in recent times. Food no longer seems as fresh, authentic or special. Probably won't go back. NOT RECOMMENDED (anymore).
