The hotel was alright, the service was mediocre. It wasn't anything special, at least not for the price. I've had way better for less. So look around before stopping here. Parking was insane, 39 bucks per day. That's just stupid. especially when the service of the garage is crap. I called them at 715pm to bring my car, at 745 I was still waiting for them to bring it up.

This hotel was great. It is one of the few Chicago hotels we were totally pleased with and would go to again in a minute. The staff was friendly, the rooms nice and clean, and the food in the restaurants was superb.

Wonderful hotel to stay in for our anniversary. Had a great room facing the lake & navy pier. Very quality hotel for the price and will go there again in the future. Thanks so much!
